What to expect on your first visit

Reflexology

On your initial visit we will talk about your medical history, lifestyle, diet and general details. A consultation can take up to 1 hour. The first visit is an additional 15 to 30 minutes for history taking. All information is confidential.

A Reflexologist will not diagnose medical conditions nor will they prescribe anything for these conditions.

You will then be made comfortable on a couch. Treatment will start with some "warm up" massaging, which allows you to get used to your feet being worked on. Then I will work through all the systems of the body mappaed out on your feet.

Chiropody/Podiatry

It is necessary to take a full medical history and s list of medication will be necessary. This information can influence the treatment given to you. You will be asked about the condition that is bothering you. I can then assess the condition and advise you on the best course of treatment. All information is confidential.
